Our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process is a company-wide initiative that identifies long-range product demand and ensures finished goods inventory to support our customers’ contracted ongoing forging requirements.
The objective of SIOP is to maximize customer service by improving delivery performance and reducing lead times. It also allows our plant to level load production, maximize utilization of equipment & resources, and optimize inventory levels.
