The Weber Metals, Inc. Engineer Development Program is a two year rotation consisting of three set rotations which include Manufacturing, Design and Sales and three optional rotations which include Metallurgy, Maintenance and Facilities. Each new engineer will participate in training modules throughout the two years which include: Catia, FIA Training, Lean/Kaizen, Production Control, Basic Aluminum and Titanium Technology, ISO Audit Certification and Quality Assurance under the guidance of a mentor.
